Influence of nursing intervention on treatment compliance in patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the Influence of nursing intervention on treatment compliance in patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods94 patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd and even numbers,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing methods,while the observation group was given nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,the level of behavioral and cognitive and incidence of complication were compared between two groups.ResultsThe treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the master rate of medication methods,the awareness rate of pathogenesis,precaution and self-nursing were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of complication was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe nursing intervention for patients with endoscopic sinus surgery,not only make the nursing satisfaction of patients,but also improve the treatment compliance,accelerate patient recovery.
