护理干预对鼻内镜鼻窦手术后患者治疗依从性的影响

摘要目的护理干预对鼻内镜鼻窦手术后患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2015年2月～2017年1月我院接受鼻内镜鼻窦炎手术治疗的患者94例，依照数字单双号将其分为观察组与对照组，各47例。对照组实施常规护理方法，观察组实施护理干预，比较两组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度、行为与认知水平及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度高于对照组，患者的用药方法掌握与病因、预防、与自我护理知晓率高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对行鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者予以护理干预，不仅能使患者的护理满意度提升，而且还能提高治疗依从性，加快患者病症恢复。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the Influence of nursing intervention on treatment compliance in patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods94 patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd and even numbers,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing methods,while the observation group was given nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,the level of behavioral and cognitive and incidence of complication were compared between two groups.ResultsThe treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the master rate of medication methods,the awareness rate of pathogenesis,precaution and self-nursing were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of complication was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe nursing intervention for patients with endoscopic sinus surgery,not only make the nursing satisfaction of patients,but also improve the treatment compliance,accelerate patient recovery.
