Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention in postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 80 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups based on the time of their visit.Among them, conventional nursing intervention(40 cases)was used in the routine group, the experimental group patients were treated with rehabilitation training(40 cases)on the basis of routine nursing. The pelvic floor muscle strength(Pelvic floor muscle voltage, pelvic floor muscle grading)of the two groups before and after intervention were compared and compared before and after intervention of pelvic floor dysfunction (stress urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapsed,Lumbosacral pain)incidence and the patient′s satisfaction with sexual life. Results After intervention, pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor muscle grading of the experimental group were better than that those before the intervention, which were better than that the conventional group(P<0.05);after the intervention, the experimental group had pelvic floor dysfunction. The incidence was significantly lower than that of the conventional group and the conventional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of sexual life in the experimental group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion For post-natal pelvic floor dysfunction, the effect of rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention is significant, which can promote the recovery of pelvic floor function, which is worth recommending.
