参芪瓜蒌薤白半夏汤、消渴汤联合西药治疗气阴两虚兼痰瘀互结型冠心病合并糖尿病的效果

摘要目的探讨中西医结合治疗对气阴两虚兼痰瘀互结型冠心病合并糖尿病患者生活质量及相关理化指标的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月～2017年4月收治的120例气阴两虚兼痰瘀互结型冠心病合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表方法将患者分为西药组（60例）与中西医结合组（结合组，60例）。西药组采用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗，结合组在西药组基础上采用参芪瓜蒌薤白半夏汤、消渴汤治疗。比较两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血压及生活质量评分。结果两组干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血压、生活质量评分改善效果均优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结合组干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血压、生活质量评分改善程度高于西药组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西医联合治疗能够提高患者的生活质量，取得良好的临床效果，可有效控制冠心病合并糖尿病的发生、发展。

Abstract：Objective To study the influence of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on the life quality and related physical and chemical indexes in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes with type deficiency of both qi and yin and intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes with type deficiency of both qi and yin and intermingled phlegm and blood stasis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into the Western Medicine group (n=60)and integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine group(combination group,n=60)according to the random number table method.The Western Medicine group was treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets,while the combination group was treated with Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and XiaoKe Decoction on the basis of the Western Medicine.The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,total cholesterol,three glycerol,blood pressure and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,blood pressure and quality of life score in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The improvement degree of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,total cholesterol,three triglyceride,blood pressure and quality of life score of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the western medicine group and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine treatment can improve the quality of life and achieve good clinical effect and control the development of the coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.
