综合护理干预对老年高血压的临床效果观察

摘要目的观察综合护理干预对老年高血压的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月～2017年9月在我院诊断治疗的92例老年高血压患者为研究对象，按照护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组，每组46例。两组患者均给予厄贝沙坦片药物治疗高血压，其中对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预，比较两组患者的临床护理降压总有效率、血压血脂变化情况、临床护理预后等情况。结果观察组患者护理的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.4519，P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后的血脂、血压均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组临床护理预后情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论老年高血压患者实施综合护理干预措施，可有效控制并降低老年高血压患者的血压、血脂水平，提高护理降压有效率，对改善老年高血压患者预后具有显著效果，值得在临床护理中推广。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hypertension in the elderly.Methods A total of 92 elderly hypertensive patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research object,and divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing methods,46 cases in each group.Both groups were given Irbesartan Tablets in the treatment of hypertension,the control group was given conventional nursing intervention,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of clinical nursing,blood pressure and lipid changes,clinical nursing prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (χ2=6.4519,P＜0.05）.The blood lipid and blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P＜0.05）.After treatment,the clinical nursing prognosis of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion In elderly hypertensive patients,comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively control and reduce the level of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients,blood lipid,improve nursing antihypertensive efficiency,it is effective for improving the prognosis of elderly patients with hypertension,which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
