柱状球囊乳头扩张在ERCP取石术中的应用及护理配合分析

摘要目的探讨柱状球囊乳头扩张在内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）取石术中的应用及护理配合方法。方法选取2016年1月～2017年10月我院的80例ERCP取石术患者，采用抽签化分组将其分为对照组、观察组，每组40例，两组患者均采取三级柱状球囊乳头扩张治疗，在此基础上，对照组患者采用常规护理干预，观察组患者采用针对性手术配合护理干预，随后比较两组患者胆道逆行感染率、一次性成功率、取石成功率、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者取石成功率、一次性成功率均高于对照组，胆道逆行感染率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后，观察组患者的护理总满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对性手术配合护理用于柱状球囊乳头扩张ERCP取石术患者中效果显著。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of columnar balloon papilla dilatation in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)lithotripsy and its nursing cooperation.Methods A total of 80 cases of ERCP lithotomy in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with three-level columnar balloon papillary dilation，on this basis,the patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention and the patients in observation group were treated with targeted operation combined with nursing intervention.Then the retrograde infection rate,onetime success rate,stone removal success rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of stone removal and one-time success rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the retrograde infection rate of biliary tract in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Targeted surgery combined with nursing for columnar balloon papilla dilatation of ERCP in patients can obtain a significant effect.
