Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of operating room nursing cooperation in patients undergoing total laparoscopic left hepatic lobectomy.MethodsA total of 120 patients undergoing total laparoscopic left hepatic lobectomy in our hospital from from January 15th2016 to January 24th2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, while the patients in the observation group were given operating room nursing cooperation. The hospitalization time, the exhaust time, the time of getting out of bed and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe hospitalization time, the exhaust time, the time of getting out of bed in the observation group[(12.51±2.12)d,(40.15±5.16)h,(28.10±8.15)h]were shorter than those in the control group [(17.45±4.15)d,(78.35±6.65)h,(49.05±8.26)h],the incidence of complications(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group (18.33%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe efficacy of operating room nursing cooperation in patients undergoing total laparoscopic left hepatic lobectomy is significant, which can shorten the hospital stay, exhaust time and the time of getting out of bed and can decrease the incidence of complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
