Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing outside hospital in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HCH).Methods A total of 120 patients with HCH admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to whether they received continuing nursing after discharge, they were divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The control group received routine discharge guidance and regular telephone follow-up.The observation group carried out continuing nursing after discharge. The changes of blood pressure control, life ability,self-care ability and quality of life after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3 months after discharge (P<0.05);the scores of activities of daily living (ADL),exercise of self-care agency (ESCA) and generic quality of live inventory 74 (GQOLI-74) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 3 months after discharge (P<0.05).Conclusion Extra-hospital continuous nursing can improve the blood pressure control effect of patients with HCH after discharge, improve their life ability,self-care ability and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
