Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of systematic midwife out-patient service in improving delivery process and delivery outcome of primipara.Methods A total of 200 primiparas from June 2017 to June 2018 in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group was received routine prenatal examination and prenatal education.The observation group was added the systematic midwife outpatient serviceon on basis of the control group.The delivery mode,time of labor,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and the neonatal score were compared in the two groups.Results The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lesser than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the time of delivery and the total labor time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The midwife outpatient clinic can promote the harmonious development of the nurse-patient relationship,shorten the production process reduce the postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the rate of cesarean section and improve the quality of obstetric nursing service.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
