Abstract:Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the onset of acute ischemic stroke. Methods A 1∶1 case-control study was conducted among 694 patients hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from September 2016 to October 2017.Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the onset of acute ischemic stroke. Results The results of univariate analysis on the incidence of acute is chemic stroke suggest that, the years of education, monthly income, birth place, current place of residence, occupation, smoking, exercise, high salt, high sugar, high fat, eggs, lean meat, poultry, vegetables, coarse grains, tea drinking, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, atrial fibrillation, stroke history, white blood cells(WBC),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and body mass index(BMI)in case group were compared with those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate unconditioned Logistic analysis showed that the risk factors of ischemic stroke were education years, smoking, high salt, high fat, eggs, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, stroke history,LDL-C,TG and SBP,and the protective factors were exercise and tea drinking (P<0.05).Conclusion Active control of risk factors for stroke can help reduce the incidence of ischemic stroke.
