鼻内镜手术与传统手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的效果比较

摘要目的比较鼻内镜手术与传统手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的效果。方法选取2016年1月～2018年1月我院收治的70例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者，采用随机数字表法分为实验组和参照组，每组各35例。参照组采用传统手术方法，实验组采用鼻内镜手术方法，比较两组的临床效果、并发症发生情况及临床症状积分。结果实验组的治疗总有效率高于参照组，并发症总发生率低于参照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组临床症状积分低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论鼻内镜手术可有效治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的症状，在临床上取得了良好的效果，较传统手术方法有一定优势，该方法值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To compare the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery and traditional surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods Seventy patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgical methods,endoscopic nasal surgery was used in the experimental group.The clinical effects,complications and symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery can effectively treat the symptoms of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,and has achieved good results in clinical practice.It has certain advantages over traditional surgical methods.This method is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
