Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of clavicular hook plate internal fixation in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods Eighty patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into observation group (n=40)and control group (n=40)according to random number table method, patients in observation group were treated with clavicular hook plate internal fixation, while patients in control group were treated with Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation, the hospitalization time, operation related indexes, total effective rate of clinical treatment and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in operation time and hospitalization time between the two groups (P>0.05).The incision length of the observation group was (8.00±0.85)cm,which was shorter than (10.00±0.76)cm of the control group, and the intraoperative bleeding volume was (70.66±8.06)ml,which was less than (82.52±8.54)ml of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 77.50%of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications was 10.00%in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 35.00%in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation with clavicular hook plate internal fixation has the characteristics of short incision length and less bleeding during the operation. The clinical effect is remarkable. At the same time, the incidence of postoperative complications is low. This treatment method is worthy of clinical application.
