Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of different doses of Butofenol in epidural labor analgesia. Methods A total of 520 single and full-term parturients admitted from March to October in 2017 in our hospital were selected as subjects, and they were divided into group A (130 cases),group B (130 cases),group C (130 cases)and group D (130 cases)according to the random sampling method. All the three groups received different doses of Butopenol for epidural labor analgesia, except group D,which did not receive labor analgesia treatment. The analgesic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the four groups. Results The analgesic effect of the intervention of group A,B and C was higher than that of group D,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of PCO2in group A,B and D was lower than that in group C,and the level of PO2in group A,B and C was higher than that in group D,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pH value and BE value between the four groups(P>0.05).Compared with group D,the Apgar score of neonates in group A,B and C showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Compared with group D,Apgar score in group A,B and C showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).The total incidence rate of maternal adverse reactions in group A,B,C and D was 1.54%,6.92%,11.54%and 30.00%,respectively,the total incidence rate of maternal adverse reactions in group D was higher than that in group A,B and C,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Different doses of Butofenol can play a higher analgesic effect in the use of maternal labor analgesia, and the safety is higher, the incidence of adverse reactions after parturition is less, and the impact on the newborn is low, which is worthy of widely recommended clinical application.
