Abstract：Objective To analyze the elinieal effeet of Zusanli aeupoint massage in the treatment of funetional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods Sixty patients with FD who were admitted to our hospital from Mareh 2016 to Mareh 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation group（30 eases）and eontrol group（30 eases）aeeording to the random number table method.The eontrol group was treated with eonventional western medieine，and the observation group was treated with Zusanli aeupoint massage on the basis of the eontrol group.The elinieal symptom seore，elinieal index and elinieal effeet of the two groups were eompared.Results The elinieal symptom seores of the observation group and the eontrol group were lower than those before treatment，the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The elinieal symptom seores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the eontrol group，the gastrie emptying time of the observation group was shorter than that of the eontrol group，the gastrie sinus eontraetion frequeney and amplitude ，amplitude，motion index（MI），slow wave，main frequeney and total elinieal effeetive rate of the observation group were higher than those of the eontrol group，the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Zusanli aeupoint massage ean effeetively improve the eondition of FD patients and inerease the frequeney of gastrie antrum eontraetion.The effeet is signifieant and worth learning.
