Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in the treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 100 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with thoracotomy, and the experimental group was treated by thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results There were no significant differences in the levels of IL-10,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of IL-10,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and there was significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IL-10,TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96%,which was higher than that of the control group (86%),and the difference was significant (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complication of the experimental group was 12%,which was lower than that of the control group (28%),and there was a significant difference (P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the postoperative hospital stay in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The overall effectiveness and safety of thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in the treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer are higher, and the recovery effect of patients is more ideal.
