Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of Alprostadil in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods Sixty-six patients with CRF admitted from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled as study subjects. The participants were divided into control group (n=33)and experimental group (n=33)according to the odd or even number. In the control group, conventional drug was used, while in the experimental group,Alprostadil was adopted. The therapeutic effect, renal function indicators before and after treatment,24 h urine protein, blood rheology indicators before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results After 14-day drug treatment, the total therapeutic effectiveness rate of the experimental group was 81.82%,which was higher than that of control group (63.64%)with a significant difference(P<0.05).The renal function indicators such as blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr)and 24 h urine protein after treatment in the experimental group were all lower compared with those before treatment, creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)was higher compared with before treament with significant differences(P<0.05).The renal function indicators such as BUN,SCr and 24 h urine protein after treatment in the experimental group were lower compared with those of the control group,Ccr was higher than that in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The blood rheology indicators such as the whole blood low-shear viscosity, whole blood high-shear viscosity, blood cell aggregation index, blood viscosity, haematocrit, erythrocyte deformation index after treatment in the experimental group were lower compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The above-mentioned blood rheology indicators in the experimental group after treatment were lower compared with those in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Alprostadil in patients with CRF can improve patient′s renal function and hemorheology indicators, which is worthy of promotion and application.
