同步放化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果

摘要目的探讨同步放化疗治疗晩期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取我院肿瘤科2016年1月～2018年1月收治的100例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象，以远程随机化法分为对照组和实验组，各50例。对照组接受序贯放化疗，实验组接受同步放化疗，比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及生活质量。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为66.00%，明显高于对照组的42.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组的白细胞下降、放射性食管炎以及放射性肺损伤等不良反应发生率以及严重程度与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。实验组治疗后的生活质量评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌患者接受同步放化疗具有较好的治疗效果，对提高其生活质量、延长寿命有着积极的意义。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effects of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer from January 2016 to January 2018 in the department of oncology in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to the method of remote randomization,all the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given sequential chemotherapy and radiotherapy.The experimental group was given concurrent chemoradiotherapy.The therapeutic efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in the experimental group was 66.00%,which was significantly higher than 42.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate and severity of adverse reactions such as leukopenia,radiation esophagitis,and radiation-induced lung injury in the experimental group were compared with the control group,and the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The quality of life scores in the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer receive concurrent chemoradiotherapy has a good therapeutic effect.It has a positive significance for improving the quality of life and extending life expectancy.
