Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia.Methods From February 2016 to August 2018,100 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia treated in Department of Respiratory Medicine of Shenzhen Hospital(Guangming)in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences were selected as study objects and they were divided into the control group (50 cases)and high quality group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received the routine nursing intervention,while the high quality group received high quality nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction degree,compliance of medication treatment and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared in patients between the two groups.Results After nursing,the total satisfaction degree of the high quality group was 100%,which was higher than of the control group (90%),and the compliance rate of medication treatment in the high-quality group after nursing was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group (92%),and the compliance rate of medication treatment in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the high quality group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The high-quality nursing intervention applied in patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia can significantly improve patients′satisfaction degree with nursing,improve the compliance of medication treatment after nursing,and improve the quality of life of patients after nursing,and the effect is ideal.
