Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of quality nursing services on prenatal education in high-risk pregnant women.Methods Sixty high-risk pregnant women admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as subjects.According to the computer grouping method,they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group adopted high quality nursing service,the control group used routine nursing.The self-care ability measurement scale,psychological stress self-rating scale,compliance behavior,satisfaction with nursing service,satisfaction with nursing quality,pregnancy outcome,and labor process were compared between the two groups.Results The self-care ability measurement scale,compliance behavior,satisfaction with nursing service,and satisfaction with nursing quality were higher in the observation group than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The psychological stress self-rating scale and postpartum bleeding rate,neonatal asphyxia rate,cesarean section,and premature delivery were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor,and the total stage of labor were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing service intervention for high-risk pregnant women is effective,which can improve the satisfaction of pregnant women and compliance with medical behavior,enhance the self-care ability of pregnant women,reduce the feelings of inner anxiety and anxiety,and thus effectively improve the pregnancy outcome.
