Abstract:Objective To study the effect of prenatal high quality nursing on high-risk pregnant women′s psychological state and sleep quality.Methods A total of 60 high-risk pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given prenatal high quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing in the control group.The two groups of pregnant women′s self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh sleep scale were compared to evaluate the mental state and sleep quality of the two groups of pregnant women.Results The SAS score of the study group was(51.24±4.6)points and SDS score was(50.80±4.38)points.The SAS score of the control group was(58.53±5.58)score and SDS score was (57.83±5.32)points.The SAS score and the SDS score of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The sleep time score of the study group was (1.4±0.2)points,sleep efficiency score was(1.5±0.4)points,the sleep time score of the control group was(1.9±0.3)points,and sleep efficiency score was (2.2±0.3)points.The sleep time score and sleep efficiency score of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal high quality nursing for high-risk pregnant women can improve the psychological state and sleep quality of pregnant women,and is worthy of clinical application.
