Abstract：Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in the recovery of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 76 patients with convalescent schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table methods,38 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with humanistic care and the control group was given routine nursing.The care effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The scores of somatization,interpersonal relationship,obsessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety,horror,paranoid,hostile,and psychoticism were lower in the observation group than in the control group,the BPRS score of(22.18±2.46)points was lower than the control group of(33.10±2.54)points,household work,social skills,life function,interest and hobbies were significantly better than the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia in the recovery period can improve the mental status of the patients as soon as possible,and the effect is significant.
