Abstract:Objective To analyze the effectiveness of application of high quality nursing in operation room.Methods Altogether 60 cases of patients who underwent surgeries in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the subjects of this research and divided into the control group and the study group respectively according to pre and post high quality nursing.In the control group,traditional routine nursing was used during operation;while,high quality nursing was used in the study group.The heart rate,blood pressure,anxiety scale,postoperative satisfaction and the incidence of pre-and post-operational adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in pre-operational heart rate,blood pressure and anxiety scale between the two groups(P>0.05).The post-operational anxiety scale of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the operation(P<0.05),which of the study group was far lower than that of control group (P<0.05).The post-operational heart rate and blood pressure of the two groups were more stable than those before the operation (P<0.05),which of the study group were far superior to the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing service of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,both with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing measures in the operation room is beneficial to the post-operational recovery of patients′various indexes,which can also reduce the degree of anxiety and the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve their satisfaction with the nursing service.
