综合护理干预对血液病化疗后患者恶心呕吐及生活质量的影响

摘要目的研究综合护理干预对血液病化疗后患者恶心呕吐及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2014年4月～2017年10月收治的84例血液病化疗后患者，采用随机综合序贯法分为对照组和观察组，每组各42例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组采用综合护理干预。比较护理中不良反应发生情况，并采用护理满意评分、睡眠质量评分、疼痛评分及生活质量评分对护理效果进行评定。结果观察组不良反应发生率（2.38%）低于对照组（28.57%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预前，两组睡眠质量评分、疼痛评分及生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后，观察组睡眠质量评分、疼痛评分，低于对照组；生活质量评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预可有效改善血液病化疗患者预后，减少不良反应及疼痛感，使其睡眠质量及生活质量得到提升，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on nausea and vomiting and their quality of life in patients with hematopathy after chemotherapy.Methods 84 patients with hematologic chemotherapy treated in our hospital from April 2014 to October 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by randomized sequential method,42 cases in each group.The control group was used routine nursing intervention and the observation group was used comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of adverse reactions during the patient care was recorded and the nursing effect was evaluated by the nursing satisfaction score,sleep quality score,pain score and quality of life score.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (2.38%)was lower than that in the control group(28.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05）.Before nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction score,sleep quality score,pain score and quality of life score between two groups were compared,the difference had no statistical significance (P＞0.05）,after nursing intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the pain score and sleep quality score were lower than those of the control group,which were statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the prognosis,reduce adverse reactions and pain,and improve sleep quality and quality of life in patients with hematological diseases.
