Abstract：Qbjective To investigate the coronary artery lesions in Kawasaki disease patients and risk factors analysis.Methods From October 2014 to October 2016,the selection of Guangming District of Shenzhen City People′s Hospital Neonatal from Kawasaki disease 30 cases as the research object,according to the children with or without coronary artery lesions as grouping criteria,were divided into control group(n=23,without coronary artery lesions)and study group(n=7,coronary artery lesions).A comparative analysis of indicators related symptoms index of the two groups of Kawasaki disease and laboratory,to clear the disease risk factors associated with coronary artery lesion.Results Factors associated with coronary artery disease patients include Kawasaki damage fever time,platelet index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP index,hemoglobin index etc.Conclusion The risk factors for coronary artery lesions mainly include Kawasaki disease duration of fever,C-reactive protein (CRP),platelet,hemoglobin,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,can be combined with clinical risk factors as predictors.
