Abstract:Objective To explore the value of high-risk HPV,P16 and Ki-67 detection in early screening of cervical cancer. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,30 cases of normal cervical tissue and the expression of P16 and Ki-67 in 75 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)were detected by immunohistochemistry in our hospital. The high-risk HPV infection was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Results The positivity rates of P16(77.80%)and Ki-67(65.80%)and In the CINⅠ,higher than those in normal cervical tissue accounting for 0.00%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positivity rates of P16(100.0%)and Ki-67(94.70%)in CINⅡ-Ⅲwas higher than those of CINⅠ (P<0.05).High-risk HPV infection rates in normal cervical tissues,CINⅠ,and CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲwas 6.70%,66.70%,84.60%and 90.30%respectively,and the infection in the precancerous lesions the uterine cervix was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-risk HPV infection,P16,and Ki-67 are associated with the occurrence and development of precancerous lesions of the uterine cervix.Use in combination can be considered as an auxiliary method for the diagnosis of CIN grading and has a good application value.
