Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between blood lipid and distant metastasis of hormone receptor negative breast cancer and its therapeutic effect. Methods A total of 87 patients with hormone receptor-negative breast cancer admitted from July 2012 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected as research subjects.According to distant metastasis or not, they were divided into two groups.Among them,38 patients without distant metastasis were classified into group A,and the remaining 49 cases with distant metastasis were categorized into group B.The complete data in these participants were collected in order to observe the changes in blood lipid levels, and explore the relationship between blood lipids and hormone receptor-negative breast cancer distant metastasis and its therapeutic effect. Results There were significant differences in tumor size, lymph node metastasis, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesteremia, and high low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)between the two groups(P<0.05).The differential data were included in the Logistic regression equation and all of them belonged to risk factors of distant metastasis. After treatment, the triglyceride(TG)level in the PR group was significantly lower than that before treatment with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of serum lipids is associated with the distant metastasis of hormone receptor negative breast cancer to some extent.Effective treatment can significantly relieve the blood lipid level and the change of blood lipid level can be used as an important index to diagnose the distant metastasis and the therapeutic effect.
