Abstract:Objective To analyze the curative effect of warming-needle moxibustion in the treatment of sacroiliitis. Methods From January 2014 to April 2017,64 patients with sacroiliitis treated in our hospital were selected and evenly divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases)by computer randomization. In the control group, western medicine was used, while in the observation group,warming-needle moxibustion was adopted.Pain remission rate, quality of life, and recovery of sacroiliac joint function were compared between the two groups. Results The total remission rate of pain in the observation group was 96.88%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 71.88%,with a statistical difference (P<0.05).The quality of life score after 6-month treatment in the observation group was(84.12±2.29)points,which was higher than that in the control group ([71.19±2.01]points),with a significant difference(P<0.05).The score of sacroiliac joint function after 6-month treatment in the observation group was(86.69±2.14)points,which was higher than that in the control group([75.51±2.16]points),with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming-needle moxibustion in the treatment of sacroiliitis can obtain a reliable effect.
