Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of endoscopic ureteral double J tube implantation combined with Paishi Granule in the treatment of urinary calculi. Methods From April 2016 to March 2017,79 patients with upper urinary calculi treated in our outpatient clinic were selected as research objects.According to different clinical therapeutic methods, they were divided into control group (n=37,extracorporeal lithotripsy plus Paishi Granule)and research group(n=42,endoscopic ureteral double J tube implantation plus Paishi Granule). The therapeutic effect by the two methods was evaluated, the postoperative complications were recorded, and the stone clearance rate and a second operation were compared in both groups. Results The therapeutic rate in the research group was 95.2%,higher than that in the control group accounting for 86.5%after comparison(χ2=4.553,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,a second operation rate was lower(χ2=10.867,P<0.05)and the stone clearance rate was higher(χ2=11.176,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the research group was 7.1%,and 18.9%in the control group, with fewer complications after surgery in the research group after comparison(χ2=6.156,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with urinary calculi, application of double J tube implantation combined with Paishi Granule can obtain an ideal effect by high stone clearance rate and few complications.
