Abstract：objective To evaluate the clinical effect of retroperitoneal disconnection pyeloplasty in the treatment of ureteral junction stenosis in children.Methods From October 2015 to October 2016,82 cases of ureteral junction stricture were studied in our hospital.They were randomly divided into study group and reference group according to random number table method,41 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with open dissected pyeloplasty,and those in the study group were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic dissecting pyeloplasty.The operative time,intestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups.And the success rate，postoperative complications and recurrence of hydronephrosis were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time,intestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The success rate of operation,the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of hydronephrosis in the study group were 95.1%,7.3%and 2.4%respectively,there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic pyeloplasty for the treatment of ureteral junction stricture in children was performed in a short time,and the patients recovered quickly after operation.It is a safe and effective surgical treatment method,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
