Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the efficacy of goserelin combined with Mirena in the treatment of adenomyosis.MethodsSeventy patientswith adenomyosis treated in the gynaecology department of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Goserelin, observation group was treated with Goserelin combined with Mirena. The treatment effect, indicators of uterine, dysmenorrhea and situation ofmenstruation of patients were compared between the two groups;the adverse reactions of two groups were observed.ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,significantly higher than that of the control group(85.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the uterine volume and endometrial thickness of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS pain score and PBACmenstrual volume score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions, such as fatigue, osteodynia, climacteric symptoms, irritability, irregular vaginal bleeding, breast pain of the two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).ConclusionGoserelin combined with Mirena has significant effect in the treatment of adenomyosis, can directly effect on uterine lesions, inhibit abnormal growth of endometrial, reduce disease activity, improve clinical symptoms, avoid the surgery effectively, has positive clinical significance.
