Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Mirena in the treatment of complex endometrial hyperplasia.MethodsFifty patients with complex endometrial hyperplasia treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were evenly assigned to the two groups according to the parity of the admission order:observation group(even)and control group (odd). The control group was given routine treatment, the observation group was given the conventional treatment based on the use of Mirena treatment. The pathological changes of endometrium were observed by hysteroscopy before treatment, and after 3,6,9 months of treatment, and the clinical effect of treatment was evaluated.ResultsAfter 3,6,9 months of treatment, hemoglobin, menstrual score, and endometrial thickness was better than that before treatment, and over time, the indicators was better than the previous one(P<0.05).After 3,6,9 months of treatment, the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.00%in the observation group, was higher than 68.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of using Mirena is significant in the treatment of complex endometrial hyperplasia, and it has obvious effect in improving the hemoglobin value, menstrual score and endometrial thickness. It has clinical application and popularization value.
