Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of hysteroscopic hydrotubationand conventional hydrotubation in the treatment ofinfertility,so as to provide basis for clinical practice.MethodsFrom January 2015 to January 2016,80 patients with infertility treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.Salpingography indicated they were all suffered from fallopian tube blockage at the proximal end.By the random number table method,they were evenly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional hydrotubation,and the patients in the observation group were treated by hysteroscopic hydrotubation.They were both provided with one-year follow-up visits after surgery.The intraoperative amount of bleeding,operation time,time to be off bed after surgery,andcurative effect were compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the observation group,the intraoperative amount of bleeding was greatly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time or time to be off bed after surgery between the two groups (P＞0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the control group was 62.50%,it was significantly lower than that in the observation group accounting for 81.25%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The success rate of pregnancy in the observation group was 56.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control groupaccouting for 37.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The average pregnancy time in the observation group was[(4.1±0.9)months],it was markedly shorter than that in the control group [(5.3±1.1)months],and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).ConclusionCompared with conventional hydrotubation,hysteroscopic hydrotubation is more effective on treating fallopian tube blockage at the proximal end,and also more likely to be accepted by patients,which is worthy of further promotion.
