Comparative study on the effect of hysteroscopic uterine mediastinal cold knife operation and transurethral resection on endometrium

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of hysteroscopic uterine mediastinal cold knife operation and transurethral resection of endometrium.MethodsFrom March 2016 to February 2017,62 patients with uterine mediastinal were selected as the subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.Hysteroscopic resection was performed in the control group.The observation group was treated with hysteroscopic uterine mediastinal cold knife operation.The surgical conditions,endometrial healing,residual,uterine adhesions of two groups were compared.ResultsThe operation time[(15.11±2.82)min]and hospitalization time[(4.03±0.67)d]of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group[(28.04±1.96)min,(8.81±1.92)d],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood loss was compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of endometrial healing was 93.55%in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Residual and intracavitary adhesions were compared between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionCompared with hysteroscopic resection,hysteroscopic uterine longitudinal cold knife surgery more advantages,better endometrial healing,shorter operating time.
