Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Unicorn-Rearing Pills in the treatment of infertility women with thin endometrium.Methods Altogether 44 cases of infertility women with thin endometrium treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected and divided according to the treatment method into two groups,and there were 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Estradiol Valerate Tablets,while the treatment group was given oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine modified Unicorn-Rearing Pills.The endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow resistance (RI),total effective rate,pregnancy rate and abortion rate were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),the pregnancy rate was higher than that of the control group,the rate of abortion was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness and RI in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of modified Unicorn-Rearing Pills of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infertility women with thin endometrium is exact,and can improve clinical symptoms of patients can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,increase endometrial thickness,improve endometrial blood circulation,improve pregnancy rates and reduce the rate of miscarriage and is worthy of promotion.
