Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer and laparotomy treating colon cancer.Methods100 patients with colon cancer treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50)by blind selection method. The control group was treated with laparotomy, while the study group was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.Clinical effect between the two groups was compared.ResultsThe operation time, lymph nodes were compared between the two groups had no difference (P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was significantly fewer than that in the control group, postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time and gastrointestinal function recovery time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer is more significant than that of laparotomy, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
