Abstract：Objective To study the c1inica1 effect of retroperitonea1 1aparoscopic in treating adrena1 tumor.Methods 86 patients with adrena1 tumor diagnosed in our hospita1 from Apri1 2013 to Apri1 2015 were se1ected as study object.Patients were random1y divided into contro1 group and treatment group,and each group had 43 cases.The contro1 group was accepted conventiona1 open surgery,and the treatment group was accepted retroperitonea1 1aparoscopic.Operation time,postoperative activity out of bed days,hospita1 stay,b1ood 1oss during operation,surgery effect and adverse reaction number in two groups were compared.Results The operation time,postoperative activity out of bed days and hospita1 stay in treatment group was shorter than that of the contro1 group respective1y,and b1ood 1oss during operation was 1ess than the contro1 group,the differences between two groups were significance（P＜0.05）.The tota1 effective rate in treatment group was 90.7％,which was significant1y higher than 69.8％of the contro1 group（P＜0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was 2.3％,which was 1ower than 20.9％of contro1 group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Retroperitonea1 1aparoscopic in the treatment of adrena1 tumor disease has obvious c1inica1 effect,it is worthy of c1inica1 app1ication.
