Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application effect of laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor resection in women ovarian benign tumor. Methods 145 ovarian benign tumor patients from August 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected as the observation group.120 ovarian benign tumor patients from August 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected as the control group. The control group was treated with traditional open way for removing ovarian tumor, the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor resection. The treatment effect, operation time, the amount of bleeding, postoperative exhaust time, recovery time of bowel function, hospitalization time, the incidence rate of postoperative fever and complication in the two groups was compared respectively. Results The significant efficiency and total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the postoperative exhaust time, recovery time of bowel function and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).The postoperative fever rate of the observation group was 1.38%,which was lower than 6.67%of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no complication liked pelvic effusion and adhesion occurred in the observation group at 1,3,6 months after operation, but 6 cases occurred bladder adhesion in the control group and all of them needed operation. Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor resection has better treatment effect, and late recovery effect is better. The incidence rate of complication is low,and with good safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
