Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of laparoscopic partial gastric resection in the treatment of benign gastric tumor.Methods16 cases of benign gastric tumor underwent traditional open surgery from February 2008 to February 2010 in our hospital were selected as the control group,16 cases of benign gastric tumor underwent laparoscopic partial gastric resection from March 2010 to February 2015 were selected as the observation group. The amount of blood loss, operation time, postoperative recovery condition and the incidence rate of complication were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe recent effective rate,1 year survival rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Disease progression time of the observation group was(10.8±1.1)months, which was lower than(7.8±1.0)months of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The operation time, the amount of blood loss, recovery activity time and length of stay in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no deaths in the two groups after operation.ConclusionThe application of laparoscopic partial gastric resection in the treatment of benign gastric tumor has a significant effect, which has the advantages of small trauma, short recovery time and low incidence of complications,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
