Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic cystectomy for ovarian cysts.MethodsA total of 60 patients with benign ovarian tumors treated in our hospital from June 2006 to June 2013 were enrolled.Acording to the order of admission, they were divided into routine group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).Laparotomy was used in the routine group, while laparoscopic surgery was adopted in the experimental group. The surgical therapeutic effect, ovarian function, incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe operation time, recovery of intestinal function, and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the routine group. The amount of bleeding was less compared with the routine group. The highest body temperature 24 hours after operation was lower than that of the routine group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After surgery, the level of E2was higher,LH and FSH levels were lower, the number of antral follicles was less compared with the routine group, which were displayed statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower in comparison of that in the routine group with statistical significance.ConclusionFor patients with benign ovarian cysts, application of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy can obtain a remarkable effect and is beneficial to the early recovery of the body, which is worthy of promotion and clinical practice.
