Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)in the treatment of upper urinary calculi without real-time imaging. Methods The clinical data of 247 cases of upper urinary calculi in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different surgical methods.110 cases of the control group were treated with clinical standard percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL),and 137 patients in the observation group were treated with MPCNL,the surgical indicators and postoperative related indicators of two groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter operative time, lower transfusion ratio and lower analgesic dosage. There were a significant differences in operative index between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the observation group was low,and the length of hospital stay was short. The differences between the two groups of patients VAS score and length of stay were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of severe complications in the control group(3.63%)was higher than that in the observation group(0.73%),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of severe complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion MPCNL can significantly improve operative indicators of upper urinary calculi, shorten hospitalization time, reduce operative pain and reduce postoperative complication rate, which is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation, and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
