Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel treating chronic cervicitis combined with high-risk HPV infection. Methods 99 patients with chronic cervicitis combined with high-risk HPV infection treated in our center from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected as research objects, and were divided into two groups according to the random number table.48 cases of the group A were treated with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel,and 51 cases of the group B were treated with Compound Shajiziyou Suppositories. The cervical ectropion lesion area,HPV-DNA,character and quantity of leucorrhea in the two groups was observed in the following-up.Results The lesion area of two groups was improved obviously, and the difference between two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The negative conversion ratio of HPV-DNA of group A was evidently higher than that of group B,and the difference between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01).The character and quantity of leucorrhea in the two groups were improved after treatment compared with before treatment, but the differences between two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b treating chronic cervicitis combined with high-risk HPV infection not only has good clinical effect, but also makes the HPV conversion ratio of patients higher, which is worthy of promotion.
