Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic uterine rectus abdominis prolapse fixation in the treatment of uterine prolapse. Methods 50 patients with uterine prolapse in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal anterior and posterior wall repair. The operation and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The operative time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorten than those of the control group, and the blood loss was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the postoperative pelvic organ prolapse quantification(POP-Q)and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic prolapse of uterus rectus abdomen is effective in the treatment of uterine prolapse. The surgical procedure is simple, wilth less invasive, and lower recurrence rate.It should be popularized in clinical practice.
