Abstract:Objective To study the role of nursing intervention in promoting the early recovery of pelvic floor function in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods From May 2017 to January 2018,120 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD)treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group treated with nursing intervention and the control group treated with routine nursing. The pelvic floor function recovery and other relevant indicators were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the ratio of grade V muscle strength, uterine prolapse grade, stress urine incontinence and sexual satisfaction(P>0.05).After nursing, the ratio of muscle strength V(53.33%)in the experimental group was statistically higher than that in the control group (20.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of uterine prolapse and stress urine incontinence in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The sexual life satisfaction of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly promote the recovery of pelvic floor function in patients with PFD,increase patients′sexual life satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications.
