Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the pregnancy outcome and postpartum depression in pregnant women and puerpera.Methods From September 2016 to January 2018,a total of 150 cases of puerpera were included in the study.According to the grouping methods of admission order,they were divided into the observation group (75 cases)and the control group (75 cases).In the control group,the puerpera were given routine nursing intervention.In the observation group,the puerpera were given psychological intervention based on the control group.The delivery outcomes and postpartum depression were analyzed in the two groups of puerpera.Results The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Its cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The postpartum bleeding rate was also lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the postpartum anxiety and depression scores in the puerpea in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group,the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group.The differences were significantly different(P<0.05).In the neonatal Apgar score (Apgar),the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of the puerperal,so that they can better control their own temperament and improve their expectation of childbirth.It can make them face delivery with an optimistic attitude,improve the vaginal delivery rate,and ensure maternal and child health.
