Application effect of network interaction-based health education in maternal breastfeeding

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of network interaction-based health education on maternal breastfeeding.Methods A total of 100 puerperae from June 2017 to April 2018 in People′s Hospital of Longhua District,Shenzhen City were selected.According to different health education and nursing modes,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.In the control group,routine health education was used,while in the observation group,network interaction-based health education was adopted.The psychological status of puerperae,awareness rate of breastfeeding knowledge,breastfeeding compliance and satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of puerperae after health education in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The awareness rate of breastfeeding knowledge in the observation group was 92.0%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 64.0%(P<0.05).The maternal breastfeeding compliance rate of the observation group was 98.0%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 82.0% (P<0.05).The total satisfaction from puerperae on health education was 100.0%,higher than that of the control group(86.0%).The differences mentioned above were all significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Network interactionbased health education has a remarkable effect on maternal breastfeeding care,which can significantly improve the maternal psychological state,and increase the maternal breastfeeding knowledge awareness,breastfeeding compliance and satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
