Abstract:Objective To investigate the applieation effeet of eomprehensive perioperative nursing in patients with hand tissue defeets.Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,82 patients with hand tissue defeets admitted to our department were seleeted as the study subjeets.Aeeording to their odd/even admission,they were divided into eontrol group and observation group,41 eases in eaeh group.All partieipants were performed with free tibial flap eombined with allogeneie bone graft.In the eontrol group,routine nursing intervention was used,while in the observation group,on the basis of the eontrol group,eomprehensive perioperative nursing intervention was added.The exeellent and good rate of hand funetion reeovery,pain,repair satisfaetion,and ineidenee of eomplieations were observed and eompared between two groups.Results Within 1 year of follow-up,the exeellent and good rate of hand funetion reeovery in the observation group was 85.36%,signifieantly higher than that in the eontrol group aeeounting for 65.86%(P<0.05).Compared with the eontrol group,the pain seore was lower and the appearanee satisfaetion was higher during follow-up(P<0.05).After 6-month nursing,the ineidenee rates of vaseular shedding,anastomotie leakage,and tearing in the observation group were 2.44%,4.88%,and 2.44%,whieh were lower than those in the eontrol group of 14.63%,19.51%,and 17.07%,the differenees were statistieally signifieant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the proeess of repairing free tibial flap eombined with allogeneie bone graft in patients with hand tissue defeets,eomprehensive perioperative nursing intervention is effeetive and reeommended.
