Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of nursing intervention on bedside alveolar lavage under fiber bronchoscope in intensive care unit(ICU)in our hospital. Methods From March 2015 to April 2017,82 patients who received bronchoalveolar lavage by fiberoptic bronchoscopy in ICU were selected as the subjects, and divided into study group and control group,41 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care, and patients in the study group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The time of ventilator use, arterial blood gas analysis index, complications, extubation time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in heart rate and blood oxygen partial pressure between the control group and the study group (P>0.05).After nursing, the blood gas analysis indexes of the two groups were improved, and the improvement degree of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The use time and hospitalization time of ventilator in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with bronchofibroscopic lavage can reduce the use time of ventilator, improve blood gas, decrease the incidence of complications and shorten the hospital stay in a favorable nursing effect.
