Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of emergency high quality nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods A total of 74 patients with AMI in our hospital from July 2016 to August 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,37 cases in each group. The observation group were given high-quality nursing care and routine nursing was given in the control group. The hospital stay, bedridden time, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction, the rate of thrombolysis recanalization and the time of intravenous thrombolysis of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The hospitalization time, bed rest time and intravenous thrombolysis time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total nursing satisfaction and thrombolysis recanalization rate were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency high quality nursing in patients with AMI in the nursing effect is good, worthy of clinical promotion.
