Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing on the psychological state and coordination of children undergoing surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the nursing status of 70 cases of children receiving surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2016.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received holistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The Self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score before and after nursing,and degree of adaptability after nursing of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The SDS score of the observation group was(58.62±2.61)points,the HAMA score was(6.85±0.76)points,both were lower than those of the control group ([65.84±2.12]points and [7.23±0.78]points),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS score and HAMA score of the two groups of children after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of cooperation in the observation group was 94.28%,significantly higher than that in the control group (68.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing care for children undergoing operation can improve the mental state of children and improve their coordination.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
