Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2018 were selected as research objects. They were divided into the treatment group 1 (30 cases)and the treatment group 2(30 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the treatment group 1 underwent laparoscopic surgery, and patients in the treatment group 2 underwent conventional laparotomy. The recovery conditions(hospitalization time, recovery time of blood human chorionic gonadotropin[β-HCG],recovery time of menstruation),tubal patency rate, cure rate, complication rate and perioperative efficacy(operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time)were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time, recovery time of blood β-HCG and recovery time of menstruation in the treatment group 1 were significantly shorter than those in the treatment group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tubal patency rate and cure rate of the patients in the treatment group 1 were higher than those in the treatment group 2,the complication rate was lower than that in the treatment group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and postoperative anal exhaust time in the treatment group 1 were shorter than those in the treatment group 2,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the treatment group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery applied to ectopic pregnancy can improve the patients′tubal patency rate, cure rate, shorten hospitalization time, blood β-HCG recovery time and menstrual recovery time, safe and reliable, with fewer complications, which is worthy of application and promotion.
