Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of Midazolam combined with Sufentanil in sedation and analgesia in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods All of 62 patients with SAP treated in clinical surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into the research group(n=31)and the control group(n=31).The research group received Midazolam and Sufentanil,and the control group received Midazolam and Morphine.The sedative and analgesic effect between the two groups were compared.Results The time of sedation reaching the standard,awakening time after drug withdrawal and total hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Midazolam combined with Sufentanil applied in SAP has good analgesic and sedative effect,good safety and is worthy of application.
